When you play our games for the first time, you will see a banner asking for your permission to receive personalized or non personalized ads, choosing non personalized ads. We try to be as transparent as possible and we collect and store only what the game needs to work: your account, your progress, and the social features you choose to use. We never sell your data, and we never share it except as described in this Privacy Policy., third party services may collect and use some information to identify you and give you a better experience. Even though this is good for you, we understand some of you might not like it, you can just choose non personalized ads and that will be enough. You can also change your settings any time in the app settings.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR SAVED PROGRESS
Color War creates an account for you the first time you launch it. You do not have to type anything: the game signs in anonymously so your progress has somewhere to live. If you later choose to sign in with Google, Apple or an email address, that account is linked to the same progress so you can recover it on another device.
We store the following against your account: your pilot name, your rating, level and experience, your in-game currency balances and what you own, your match statistics, your battle pass and daily reward progress, your chosen language and control settings, your friend list, and your notification token.
We use it to save your progress across devices, to run the social features you choose to use, to match you with opponents of a similar level, and to support you when something goes wrong.
OTHER PLAYERS CAN SEE SOME OF THIS
Some information is visible to other players by design. Your pilot name and score appear on leaderboards and on the end of match scoreboard. Your pilot name, level and rating appear to members of any squadron you join. Your friend code can be looked up by anyone who has it, which returns your pilot name so they know they found the right pilot.
Choose a pilot name you are comfortable with other players seeing. You can change it at any time in the game.
CHAT AND OTHER CONTENT YOU WRITE
Squadrons include a chat. Messages are stored on our servers together with the sender's account identifier, pilot name and the time they were sent, so that squadron members can read them when they next open the game.
Squadron leaders and officers can delete any message in their squadron, and you can always delete your own. An automatic filter blocks offensive words, and we may remove content or restrict an account that breaks these rules or applicable law. If you want to report a message or a player, contact us at support@chorrusgames.com.
Squadron names, tags and mottos are visible to anyone browsing squadrons.
MULTIPLAYER CONNECTIONS
Online matches run through a game server we operate ourselves. While you are connected, that server receives your account identifier, your pilot name, your IP address (which is unavoidable for any internet connection) and the position and actions of your aircraft during the match. This information is used to run the match and is not stored once the match ends.
NOTIFICATIONS
If you allow notifications, your device is issued a token by Firebase Cloud Messaging which we store with your account so we can send you reminders about rewards, squadron activity and events. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings, and turning them off stops us sending any.
PURCHASES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see or store your card details. We do receive a purchase receipt, which we send to our servers to confirm the purchase is genuine before we grant what you bought, and we keep a record of what was purchased so it survives a reinstall.
Premium Pass is an auto-renewable subscription. Managing or cancelling it is done in your Apple Account or Google Play account settings.
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR DATA
You can delete your account from inside the game: Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your saved progress from our servers and deletes the account itself. It cannot be undone, and purchases are not refunded by deleting an account.
You can also write to us at support@chorrusgames.com and we will delete your data for you. We may keep the minimum required to meet legal obligations, such as transaction records required by tax law.

We process your data on these legal bases: to perform our contract with you (your account, saving your progress, running matches and squadrons); with your consent (personalised advertising, notifications); and on our legitimate interest in keeping the game working, fair and free of abuse.
You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, to object to processing and to restrict it. Where we rely on consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it. If you believe we have handled your data incorrectly you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos, www.aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. An account that has not been used for three years is deleted along with its data. Crash and analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Chat messages are kept for up to 12 months. Match connection data is not retained after the match.
Our providers, including Google and Apple, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
CHILDREN
Color War is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old to play, or 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or whatever higher age your country requires. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below that age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, write to support@chorrusgames.com and we will delete it.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, to request its deletion, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising when you have opted out of personalised ads.
