Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the games and apps published by Chorrus Games and to the website chorrusgames.com (together, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, playing or otherwise using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who we are
The Services are provided by CHORRUS GAMES S.L., a company registered in Spain with tax ID B87311486 (EU VAT ESB87311486), at Calle Los Madroños nº2 2ºC, 28400 Collado Villalba, Madrid, Spain. You can contact us at support@chorrusgames.com.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, or 16 in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or whatever higher age your country requires. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
Your licence to use our games and apps
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use our games and apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded them from.
You may not, except where the law expressly allows it: copy, sell, rent or redistribute the Services; decompile, reverse engineer or modify them; use cheats, bots, hacks or any software that alters the game or gives you an unfair advantage; exploit bugs instead of reporting them; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
All rights in the Services, including the games, characters, artwork, music, code, names and logos, belong to CHORRUS GAMES S.L. or its licensors. You receive a licence to use them, not ownership of them.
Accounts and saved progress
Some games create an account for you automatically, and some let you link it to Google, Apple or an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your linked accounts secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know straight away at support@chorrusgames.com if you believe someone else has accessed it.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the game, where that option exists, or by writing to us. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Purchases, virtual items and subscriptions
Some games are paid, and some offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed by the store you use (for example the App Store or Google Play) under that store’s terms, and refund requests are handled by that store according to its own policies.
Virtual currency and virtual items have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to other players, and are part of your licence to use the game, not property you own. We may change how virtual items work, for example to keep the game balanced, without changing items you have already bought into something worth less.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers): digital content such as in-app purchases is delivered immediately after you buy it. By completing the purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account or Google Play settings; cancelling stops future renewals, and the current period remains active until it ends.
Advertising
Free versions of our games may show advertising from third-party networks, including optional rewarded videos that give you an in-game reward for watching. How advertising uses your data, and how to choose non-personalised ads, is explained in our Privacy Policy. Premium versions do not show advertising.
Online features and your conduct
Some games include online matches, leaderboards, squadrons, friends or chat. When you use them you agree not to: harass, threaten or insult other players; post content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or that infringes someone else’s rights; impersonate others or choose an offensive name; spam, scam or advertise; or interfere with our servers or other players’ games.
You keep the rights to what you write, but you allow us to store, display and transmit it as needed to run the Services. We may remove content, rename accounts and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or the law. To report a player or a message, write to support@chorrusgames.com.
Third-party services
The Services rely on third-party services, such as the app stores, sign-in providers, analytics and advertising networks, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services, and links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
Changes to the Services
We work to keep our games running and improving, which means we may update, change or remove features, content or online services, and may eventually retire a game or its online features. Where an online feature you paid for is going to be withdrawn, we will try to give you reasonable notice in the game or on this website.
Warranty and liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved progress can never be lost.
To the extent permitted by law, CHORRUS GAMES S.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or virtual items caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service concerned in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
App Store users
If you downloaded a game or app from Apple’s App Store, these Terms are an agreement between you and CHORRUS GAMES S.L. only, not Apple. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these Terms on a point it governs, it prevails. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims; CHORRUS GAMES S.L. is responsible for them as set out in these Terms. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Ending these Terms
You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling them and, if you wish, deleting your account. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if required by law. The sections on intellectual property, liability and governing law continue to apply after these Terms end.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new features or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with its date, and for significant changes we will try to let you know in the game. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, the new Terms apply.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence. Before going to court, please write to us at support@chorrusgames.com: most problems can be solved quickly that way.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
