Castle Ramble

A pixel platformer with a hammer, a crown and far too many pigs. Smash your way through a castle that is never the same twice, and see how deep your king can go.

The castle is crawling with pigs. Run, jump and double jump through every room, flatten pigs with your hammer, blast them from afar with magic bolts and find the exit door before they find you. Every level is a new castle layout, and the deeper you go, the tougher the pigs get.

What you do

• Smash pigs up close with your hammer or hit them from a distance with ranged attacks.
• Break crates and pots for gold, open chests and keep an eye out for the rare super chest.
• Drop through platforms, dodge spikes, cannonballs and bombs, and keep moving.
• Reach the exit door to head down to the next level, with a score and up to three stars for each one.

A castle full of pigs

Plain pigs, bat pigs, jumping pigs, bomb pigs, crate pigs and king pigs, plus slimes, jumping and flying bombs, and cannons. New enemies join the fight the deeper you get.

Gear up your king

• 55 hammers, crowns and magic items to unlock with the gold you collect, from the Starter Hammer to the legendary Supernova.
• Better hammers and crowns boost your melee and ranged power.
• Magic items for your next game, like a potion that brings back half your health or a gem that unlocks fire power.
• Upgrade your armor, your melee attacks and your ranged attacks.
• Customize your king's skin, hair and clothes colors.

Play together

Local co-op for 2 to 4 players on one screen. Each king has his own color, health and player tag, and one camera keeps the whole party in view. Fall in battle and your soul stays behind: a teammate who stands next to it brings you back. Friends can drop in mid-level by pressing Start on a spare gamepad, and when the first king walks through the exit door, the others have 10 seconds to follow. At the end of each level, the results crown the MVP and hand out awards like Pig Butcher, Gold Digger and Guardian Angel.

Claim a daily reward and take on a fresh set of daily quests, from hunting bat pigs to finding a super chest.

Achievements and records

Over 40 achievements to unlock, from your first adventure to the bottom of the castle. Your stats keep your best score, your deepest level, your total gold and every pig you have defeated.

Play your way

A platformer lives or dies by its controls. On touch, pick a D-pad, a joystick or swipe gestures, with buttons you can move and resize. Keyboard and gamepad work too.
